The Bowen Company Inc. was established in 1994 as a general contractor, specializing in exterior services for commercial, multi-family, and residential projects- both new construction and resides.
Servicing the Greater Puget Sound region, we specialize in:

- Cedar siding,
- Shingles,
- Wood clad, and
- Rain screen systems.
Other services include: Decks, trellises, fencing, as well as window and door replacements.
The Bowen Company, Inc. is licensed, bonded and insured for all multi-family, residential and commercial projects. We also offer third-party inspections with recorded documents.
Our memberships include: The Master Builders Association, Building Industry Association of Washington, Better Business Bureau, Built Green and Mountlake Terrace Business Association.
