The Bowen Company Inc. was started in 1994 and incorporated in 1999. We began with a vision of a company that offered a full turn key, professional and educated service that owners and builders can trust. In short, we saw a need for a company that did everything the right way.

Based on that vision, we are fully licensed, bonded and insured, and are in good standing with L&I and the Employment Security Department. Quality, safety and good customer relationships are our top priorities. As a result, we have continued to grow, and strive to maintain an excellent reputation above and beyond our competition.

Many siding contractors change their name frequently to avoid insurance companies catching them doing work they are not insured to do. They also use subcontracted installers, rather than in-house, employed installers, to avoid paying L&I and other payroll taxes. Siding contractors who use these business practices put you at risk and should be avoided.

The Bowen Company Inc. uses employed installers in order to meet all insurance requirements. All of our installers go through a new hire orientation and are continuously updated and educated on new products and installation specifications. Our employees obtain product installer certifications when they are available.

Due to the ever-changing building envelope requirements, our staff makes every effort to attend local seminars to remain current on trends regarding water intrusion, moisture and mold, materials and methods. We also offer third party inspections with photos and written documentation for owners and contractors who are required to by law or simply want to protect themselves and their investment.
